Terms & Conditions – Anniversary Saver Offer

1. Offer Selection

• Once the package is selected, members must choose either Freeze or Extension benefit.

• Only one option can be selected, and it cannot be changed later under any circumstances.

• If no option is selected, the Freeze option will be applied by default, and it will remain final.

2. Freeze / Extension Policy

• Freeze or Extension benefits are applicable only as per the selected package.

• Unused freeze/extension days will not be carried forward, transferred, or converted.

Freeze Intimation Rules:

• Freeze requests must be intimated to the admin via WhatsApp (WP) at least 7 days in advance.

• The minimum freeze duration is 7 days, and longer durations are allowed as per package eligibility.

• No backdated or immediate freeze requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Complimentary PT (Personal Training) Terms

Yearly Package:

• Includes 3 PT Sessions + 3 Cardio Sessions (1 Week)

• Validity: 7 days from the first session

• All sessions must be completed within this period

• No extension, rescheduling beyond validity, or carry forward allowed under any circumstances

• Missed PT or cardio sessions will be considered utilized.

4. General Conditions

• All offers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Packages and associated benefits are non-shareable.

• All benefits must be used within the specified validity period of the package.

• Management reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or amend the offer and terms without prior notice.

• By enrolling in this offer, the member agrees to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
